Since Dec 12th Cubase 14, 13, 12 Pro are loading up extremely slow on PC, especially loading VST3 plugins and the mix console on a fairly large project, what took a few seconds before is now taking 20 mins.
Anyone else having this issue or can suggest anything ?

What windows version and has it just updated?
Windows 10, they did do an update yesterday but it was a security update so just seeing if anyone else is having the same issue.
I have the same issue (with Cubase 14.0.10 - haven’t tested older versions) - even very small projects take a long time to load - not sure exactly when it started - but some time in December - and it is the same on two completely different machines (a >13 year old laptop) and a ~new (~ 3-4 year) high specced stationary - both running updated Windows 10.I can see the stationary computer had a KB5048652 “quality” update installed on Dec. 20th, potentially the same that might have caused the issue from Dec. 12th, since I didn’t use the computer from Dec. 13th until Dec. 20th…
A security update - doesn’t sound bad - but could be really bad if it leads to a lot of some sort of checking of lots of small files that Cubase loads at startup…?
