Cubase Midi CC to notes

Hi,
anyone knows a technique to convert midi CC data to notes in Cubase? I need that to the animation software that reads only notes, so it would be great if I could use CC as well.

I used to change program changes to notes for a footswitch using a midi solutions processor:
