I just downloaded and imported a song in MIDI format. One part didn’t play, so I opened the Key Editor and found that all the notes are in blue. They’re normally red, right? Any thoughts?

The blue color means, the Volume is very low. Increase the Volume of the given MIDI Notes, please.
