If I load up a previous project to check something then load the current project I’m working on quite often I have the visibility and zone settings just disappear and have to set them up again, tedious.
Any ideas on this one?

Could you try in Cubase Safe Start Mode, please?
Do you Activate the 2nd project and then back the 1st project?
Martin, I tried safe mode as you suggested and tried the first 2 modes with no success.
Looking at the project again, it appears that the whole mixer has been reset for no reason.
Also, several different projects are now telling me autosave cant save because the project is corrupt.
I’m at the point where I am about to restore my whole system hard drive from a backup.
Any other ideas please?

Did you import some tracks from other project to this one? Maybe the Tempo track or Signature Track?

I have just tried this here on my side. And it works as expected to me.
Thanks Martin, I have no idea what went on. I re-imaged the system partition back on and the problem went away.
A pain n the arse that’s cost me 2 days of messing about, thanks anyway.
