Cubase 15.0.30, Windows. Cubase new Score editor doesn’t seem to allow to assign keyboard short cuts for tools like ‘slur’ (and others). Also Score editor hijacks keyboard shortcuts that I have for opening other windows like open marker track etc.

Hopefully the next version of Cubase comes with improoved possibllity and flexibillity for both editing and shortcuts in score editor; closing up the gap to Dorico.
The way around for now is to export the score to Dorico!

The combination of Cubase and Dorico is fantastic and saves so much time when working with musicians reading music.
I would be so happy to have key commands for articulation in Cubase.
Now its the mouse working, but keycommands or buttons on a streamdeck would speed things up a lot

I would love to have the ability to use Dorico-like shortcuts for articulations, slurs, adjusting note/rhythmic values, moving notes up/down or left/right, when the score editor itself is in focus.
I would like Steinberg to adopt a Torakusu mindset again, too many things working only partially. Too many things to work around. I can live with limitations, but things need to actually work when advertised and rolled out. Focus on quality a bit more, the product is worth it.
