I downloaded cubase 10 pro from download assistant since i bought the ur12 audio interface. i finished downloading and extracting, registered my software and activation. everything looks normal. both the website and soft elicensers said my cubase is registered and activated. however the app wont open and it keep asking for the activation code, “no valid license found. the programm will close now”. i reentered my activation code, then it said this code is already used. OF COURSE IT IS! i am really frustrated now and dont know what to do. please help me out.
The audio interfaces don’t come with Cubase Pro, or if they suddenly do, it’s news to me.
The version of Cubase you need to install is Cubase AI, not Cubase Pro.
