Make sure you have the latest Groove Agent SE update installed, please.

You can also switch your computer Off and On, not restart, to reset the timer (it’s a known issue, of the current Groove Agent version). Or you can try to trash Groove Agent Preferences.

Groove Agent SE Preferences folder for Windows is:
%appData% Steinberg/Groove Agent SE_64

I reinstalled cubase 10.5 with steinberg installer but looks like it didn’t install the latest groove agent. I’ll try reinstalling just groove agent se and trashing its preferences. How can I identify which preferences are groove agent’s ?

To get the latest Groove Agent SE update, you have to install it from the Steinberg Download Assistant.
