Cubase not seeing my Audio Device

Hi :slight_smile:

I have a W10 laptop, with a Focusrite Scarlett audio interface USB, latest driver.

Cubase11 does not see the card in studio setup, but Cubase5 does. (I also have v5 installed here)

I have options in the C11 add device drop-down (Yamaha, Mackie, etc,) but the Scarlett is not listed.

Any ideas on what to do here?

Hi,

I believe, you are searching at the wrong place.

You should see the Focusrite as an Audio Device in the Studio > Audio System.

Where is that? It’s not in the studio menu.

Funny - that’s where I was, but didnt realize that Audio System is a clickable “link”
