Cubase on a stick?

I see that USB devices are getting bigger and bigger - 128 gig is now available


Would it be possible to run Cubase of such a stick/ would read write speeds be fast enough?

Maybe Win 7 too?

Maybe Cubase 7 should enable this?

there is probably some technical reason why this is not possible?
