Hello guys,
I noticed that my default volume in Cubase (version 11) is much louder than for example Ableton Live, or playing back stuff on VLC player. Of course I can lower the volume of my sound card when using Cubase, but it makes gain staging confusing for me, it’s harder to gauge what’s too loud for example because I’m already used to certain volume.
What can I do to make Cubase match the volume of all other software?
My audio card is Babyface if it matters and I’ll be happy to provide more details
