Cubase Plugins Not Available Outside of Cubase?

Hi,

Is there any way to make the numerous plugins that come with Cubase 9.5 available for use outside of Cubase? The ones I’m talking about seem to be contained within “Cubase Plug-in Set.vst3”, and don’t appear to be visible within other VST hosts.
