Cubase Pro 10.5 Video Engine NOT working

In version 10 everything was working perfect with video engine… I upgraded to 10.5 and have the latest version 10.5.20… and NOT working… the video player was black and now is white with timecode in it and freezes my Mac EVERYTIME…

macOS 10.13 is not officially supported, I don’t know, if the issue could be here.

Could you try in Cubase Safe Start Mode [Disable preferences], please?
