From start Cubase 10.5 (upgrade from 10.0) has a noticeable delay for all functions, including play / pause, or midi input. Press play, and it starts playing after 0.5-1 seconds. Midi input is delayed as it would be a latency of 200-300 ms, when displayed 20 ms. Operating system Windows 10 2004 up to date, PC i7 2600k / 16GB / NVidia GTX770. Note that Cubase 10 is working absolutely fine under same circumstances.
