Hi
Last week I bought the Cubase Pro 10 Upgrade from Cubase Artist 9.5 for the price 329 EUR. After installation it opens up as Artist 10 instead of Pro 10. How can I fix this? If I enter the activation code in my eLicenser I get the info that it’s Pro 10, but when I try to validate it it says that there isn’t currently a license available which can be upgraded by my upgrade license. I’m really at a loss here!
I sincerely hope someone can help me out.
