Today 19-05-2025 I tried to open my Cubase Pro 11 and… it doesn’t find nor it recognizes the licence Activation Code. It says No license to upgrade found - but no license appears at all. I still have my dongle plugged but no result at all…
So you’re only trying to start an existing Cubase install that was running OK before?
Why do you mention an activation code…you should not be entering any activation code unless you’re trying to install for the first time?
Did you open elicenser control centre? do you see anything in there?..can you run maintenance?
I use Cubase Pro 11 since long time together with Cubase 13 and also Cubase 14, but for some reason I still prefer it. Today it says “No valid License found” “Start License Activation.” I reconnect the dongle but it still insists.
Finally… after half a day reading and trying… I plugged the dongle into another USB port and… it works ! Inexplicable !
