Cubase Pro 11 glitchy interface on new Windows machine

I’ve moved from my old Mac Pro to a new Windows machine, installed the latest Cubase Pro 11, seems to function OK so far, but the actual interface isn’t rendering properly (you’ll have to see the screenshot). Everything else, including VST plugins when standing alone, all visually render OK (i.e. it’s not the machine or graphics card, it’s Cubase).
In the screenshot

there are 3 monitors, one without Cubase that renders normally and 2 screens with Cubase that are not rendering the interface properly - it actually degrades the longer it stays static on the screen and only when clicking on something does that bit of the interface render as it should (and then slowly degrades again). This is driving me insane and I can’t find anyone else with the same problem.

PC: Windows 10 Home 64-bit (new install, build 18363.144), DirectX runtime 12.0
Intel i5-10600K CPU @ 4.10Gz, 32GB RAM, Video is GeForce RTX 2080 SUPER
Cubase: Pro 11.0.20 build 371

Any ideas would be much appreciated. I’ve got a scoring gig coming up and I’m desperate to get this rig working or I won’t be working!!

I found the problem - was “sharpening” under 3D settings of the graphics card.
