So I recently got myself the Cubase Pro 11 upgrade (from Cubase Elements 10.5)
And it shows me this. Can anyone help?

You gotta move the Elements license to the USB key first, in order for the system to do the upgrade license

First of all, blur the USB-eLicenser Number and the Soft-eLicenser Number on the screenshot, so these are not public, please.

@Steve is totally right, you have to transfer your Cubase Elements license to the USB-eLicenser first (just drag and drop the license from the right side to the USB icon on the left side). If this doesn’t work, I would start the eLCC as administrator and trigger Maintenance, before you try to upgrade the license.
