My Cubase has gotten buggy in the past few months. Sometimes, and I mean sometimes, when I hit record, it doesn’t.
Among other problems. Some only happen from time to time. Occasionally, when I delete something, I can’t find it in the History tab, and command z doesn’t work either.
Do I need to reinstall it?

Cubase usually doesn’t get buggy over time, except very occasionally the program preferences get corrupted values, but ime that doesn’t lead to the issues you are describing. You could still try starting Cubase in safe mode like described here: Start Cubase in Safe mode / Temporarily disable preferences
Regarding delete/history: not all actions are undoable in Cubase. Are you sure that those that fail for you have worked before?
If not dependent of eventual corrupted preferences values (as @fese rightly pointed to), I would seriously consider checking closely the drive that supports my program installations…
I don’t think so, for the reason stated above.
