Cubase Pro 12 Instability Issues and Cubase Logo not showing

I own both Cubase 12 Pro and Cubase 11 Pro
11 pro Loads projects and even heavy vsts like omnisphere in seconds and rarely crashes
12 Pro loads projects really slow takes half a minute to load heavy vsts and crashes all the time

I also noticed that the cubase logo on the top left corner is not whole but is missing the bottom part where as online images and online video tutorials i have watched the logo is full and in the middle of the white panel

Any ideas what can be wrong with my Cubase Pro 12? i uninstalled and installed it again but the issues remain

Please, attach the crash/dmp file(s).

Mac: macOS Console utility > Crash Reports (or ~user/Library/Logs/Diagnostic Reports).
Win: Documents/Steinberg/Crash Dumps

Thanx, For some reason that folder doesnt have a lot of crash logs only a few and they are from many months ago even though my cubase crashes almost daily
This is the last crash file but its from April

In total i have 78 crash logs but not anything recent. This is the 2nd latest one
