Cubase Pro 13 - Marker Window Usability Issue

Not sure if anyone else cares about this, and I don’t remember now if it changed in 12 or 13, but it used to be that after bringing up the marker window with a key command, I could use another key command to create a new marker (can still do that much) and then immediately type in the marker name. Now it requires mouse navigation to set focus to the name field. IOW, I used to be able to very quickly create and name markers as the project was playing without lifting my hands from the computer keyboard. Now it’s much more cumbersome due to the required mouse moves. Not the end of the world, but quite annoying to see something that used to work so well fall by the wayside.

The Add and Edit… key commands are the ones you need.

When I use the “Add and Edit Position Marker on Active Track” (haven’t checked the option for the selected track), it behaves as expected, it add the marker, and then sets focus to the marker name field. I’m on 0.41.

Thanks ASM and m.c.!!! Much appreciated.

(I had neglected to look at the current list of available commands. I was previously using “Add Position Marker on Active Track”, which used to work for this scenario. )
