Cubase pro 14 adding disabled send effects to new tracks

Cubase Pro 14, latest version is adding any already created send effects when I create a new track and though disabled I have to remove these every time I create a new track. I’ve looked for a setting to change this behaviour to no avail. Am I missing something?

VST/Connect sends automatically for new tracks.
