Cubase Pro 14: No main audio on all tracks

I have meter readings on all my tracks midi and audio while it’s playing. But, my main output has no readings on the meter and no sound playing. It worked fine yesterday! I loaded a different project and it plays just fine. I created a new project and it plays just fine. What could be enabled to mute all sound from going to the main output in a project?

At first glance, nothing, excepting a routing issue. But, beside this :

  • No insert plug-in in the Stereo Out channel that could cut the overall output signal ? Eventually, bypass all the existing ones if there are some working.
  • If you route few channels to a Group one and route the latter to the Stereo Out, what happens ?
  • As you are using the Pro version, do you have the Control Room enabled ? If so, is there an activity in its Main channel ?

Additionaly, could you post a screenshot of the MixConsole while playing the project with, at least, few channels and the Stereo out displayed with their Routing section visible ?

Thank you so much for helping me figure this out. It turns out I do have plug-ins in the Main Out channel. It needed re-activation! Once done everything is now working.
