Cubase pro 15 crashes and recovering?

Hi,

I encoured problems with my cubase, it crashes and when I reopen it the software indicates a new version of the project has been created and trie to open it.

But there’s only track images but they are empty with no audio waves inside and I Don’t know where I can find the path to those elements…

Thx

Audio is stored inside the “Audio” folder in the project folder.

ok, Thank you

I found all my wave files in the media pool but how do I restore them into my poject ?

When loading you should get promoted for missing files. You should then be able to point to where they are. It does however sound like something has been corrupted. You could start a new project and import the tracks from the faulty project. All depends if it’s just not finding the files or something is corrupted.

When I try to save the project as a new file, it’s prompted that it couldn’t create a new project because the “temporisation delay from the semaphore has expired”

I was nearly finished with the mix and I hope I won’t have to do it all over again !

Anyone who could explain how my files hapen to be corupted ?

It may be a plugin that is causing the crash. That message sounds like some licence has expired

If you can see them in the pool and that project is somehow corrupted, close that project, open a new project then - import files from project and point to that .cpr
See if this works for you.

Could you share the dump file?
