Cubase Pro 15 - Midi editor - midi note editor appears to has lost a function

Since I upgraded to V15 from V13, it’s been great. But I was writing some midi notes in the editor and something isn’t working any longer. So I put in a note and if I need to move it up or down a semi-tone, I just use the arrow keys. If I want to jump an octave, I hold down shift and again use the arrow key. This shift+arrow no longer functions. Is there something that changed when I upgraded or is it a bug?

In the Key Commands double-check, if the Shift+Down is assigned to the: Navigation > Add Down and the Shift+Up is assigned to the: Navigation > Add Up.

YES…Thank you Martin. That was it. And I was the culprit. I reassigned it by accident. Some of these key commands I use without noticing I use them a lot. I would have never found this command since it makes no mention of what it actually does. I reassigned it back to where it was and made a new command for the others.
