Cubase Pro 15 Separate Stems Crashing Repeatedly

New project, 2 total tracks ( 1 stereo music backing track 3 mins ) and ( 1 mono vocal track )
No effects in the new project, all tracks routed to stereo master.
Highlight stereo music track, select Separate Stems and choose all 4 options

Crashes repeatedly every time.

The .ips log shows Cubase 15 as the CRASH THREAD

All logs sent to Steinberg
Mac Studio running 13.7

I would additionally upload a couple of the crash report files here. It sounds redundant but I’d still recommend to do it.

I’m hitting the same problem with files that were fine with Logic Pro. Selecting two options works, but crashes with all four. Just one audio track - imported WAV. Latest version of MacOs on a Mac Mini M2 Pro.

FYI:

As it ever worked well? I ask this because it’s a fairly cpu-intensive process. I’m on PC, wich went some tweaks including undervolting. But when I bought Spectralayers, and tried the unmix feature, it went BSOD many times until I upped the voltage enough to sustain the process - wich it never did using only Nuendo, and it being an audio-only PC. So could it be something CPU related?
