I have the exact same problem with the same error info. Have you been able to resolve this? Do you have your hard disk set up in a RAID0 array? That is the only difference on my end from a time when I was successful in loading this update.

No I don’t have a RAID array, setup crashes as soon as it attempts to load. See this, similar issue. Looks like inadequate testing on Windows 7
