Cubase Pro 8.5 was running smoothly but I like to have the “latest and greatest” versions so I updated to the new 8.5.10 version. This version issues a video service related warning on startup. See attached screenshot. I would love a fix for this annoying message that I must see every time I launch Cubase.
I got a similar Error:
“The video service for displaying video with a dedicated video output device stopped working.”
My video device is “Blackmagic Ultra Studio SDI” using Desktop Video Driver 10.5.4
When going down to Cubase Pro 8.5.0 the video device works as expected and with no error.
I will need to stay at 8.5.0 as long as the error is fixed, because I need video.
