i have 2 elicenser device.can i use cubase pro 8 education version in 2 computer in a same time?

You can do so if you own 2 licenses only. You cannot copy your license to another USB-eLicenser, you can just transfer it.
To be able to use Cubase in 2 computers, you Jave to buy two licenses.
