I am trying to upgrade my version 8 to 8.5. I activated my copy back in april last year but after installing it says my license has already been used.
8.5 is a paid upgrade.
Grace period was only for people who activated C8 after October 15th last year.

i see its £36 to upgrade from 8, is it really worth upgrading to 8.5 is there any major overhauls etc, It looks like it has been slightly re-skinned
The other thing to consider is that assuming same patterns as before the update to C9 will cost £36 less if you update from 8.5 instead of 8.
