CUBASE PRO 9.5 "Setup has stopped working"

I am trying to Install Cubase 9.5 When I run the .exe, I get the error “Setup has stopped working” with the only option to close the program.

I cant install Cubase 9.5 . Pl. Help me.

I would recommend to install the latest Windows 7 update(s), SP2, etc.
