Cubase 9.5 won’t launch

More info would be helpful.
Can you see the splash screen? Does it stop during the loading components in the splash screen? What is the very latest component you can see? Can you see Steinberg Hub?
What system are you using?
Do you use any 3rd party plug-ins?
Do you have other Cubase version?
