Hi all
I receive this message when I open cubase: “You have not activated your Cubase pro 9 license permanently yet”.
A few months ago my eLicenser USB drive was replaced because it was faulty!
When they replaced my USB they gave me a new activation code.
On my steinberg account I find the new USB eLicenser and no license available and I also see the old USB (that I don’t have anymore - as I said was faulty) in which there is registered the product: Cubase Pro 9 - with an activation code provided with the new USB.
…eLicenser Control Center doesn’t see my license but only a trial mode!
Can you help me please!?
