Hi there everyone I have a question, has anyone purchased the Crossgrade before? I did fill out the form online over the weekend and it came through as a success which means that I can purchase the Crossgrade. But when using the links in the mail I can’t seem to pass the eligibility verification when checking out. What am I doing wrong? Can anyone help?

I bought mine on Sunday and got my license code Monday morning when I woke up. I bought mine through Sweetwater though since I bought my Ableton Live from them and they could just verify it by checking my purchase history (no clue where my Logic Pro receipt is and they won’t accept my old VST24 license haha). Now I just have to wait for the dongle to get here Friday.
