I am not sure but i can be that the download assistent is the worst poughkeepsie app I have ever seen. I have a decsent connection thru internet with 100+ mbit, but the download assistent give me only 140Kb/s. Imagine how long time that will be before I have installed, Cubas15 Pro, Absolute 7, Spectraview and Halion. Why cant Steinberg make sure that we get a decent download speed. I am boiling here.
It’s hard to say what the cause of your issue is, but it’s not necessarily Steinberg’s fault. You could try downloading directly from the website to see if it’s faster: Downloads | Steinberg
