As you can see in this support article, CB Pro 8 is not yet officially supported in all versions of Windows 10. But, in general, it should work without issue.
How do you upgrade CB Pro 8 to Pro 10…
Go to the Steinberg online shop and, in the CB Pro 10 section, choose the option to update from Cubase 7 / 7.5 / Pro 8 / 8.5.
