Cubase re - installation HELP PLEASE!!!

Hello everyone!

I would be really grateful if somebody could help me with the following issue:

I need to reset my operative system from windows 8.1 to windows 8 due to the constant blue screens of death that 8.1 carries… The problem is that I have purchased a cuabase elements and a halion symphonic when I had already 8.1, what means both will be deleted from the system, so: Once I will reset my Operative system, how can I reinstall my cubase and halion back? will I get a new activation code or something like that?

You can install the Cubase from your installation DVD or download the ISO image from your MySteinberg > MyProducts > Download page.

Then, you have to go thru the Reactivation process (if you don’t use a USB-eLicenser), to activate your Cubase to the new system. That’s it.
