Subject: Urgent: License Authentication Issue After Reinstalling
Hi, I am a regular Cubase user. I recently formatted and reinstalled my computer, but I am unable to use Cubase due to an authentication issue.
When I enter the download access code in the Steinberg Download Assistant, it says that it has already been registered. As a result, I am unable to re-authenticate or reissue my license. Additionally, there is no computer listed for license deactivation on the Steinberg website. However, I did not deactivate the license before formatting my computer.
I would appreciate your prompt assistance in resolving this issue.
