So there’s a bug in Cubase 10 with the Generic Remote and with all remote setup.
The learn feature either does not work or simply appears not to work.
The problem is the screen does not update when it does learn
Go to studio setup > Track Quick Controls,
click the Learn checkbox.
Select a row. Move a midi knob. Even when it works it doesn’t UPDATE the screen.
If it worked and you navigate to a different row you might see a midi cc value was learned.
