Cubase sends commands cc7 and/or cc10 when pressing play or pause: Solved

KONTAKT’s Instrument volume is reset when play or stop is pressed in Cubase. NI gives instructions for unchecking, in Instrument options, controller tab, the option Accept Standard Controllers for Volume and Pan, except that does not solve the problem. So, then NI wants me to check my help file to stop Cubase from sending CC7 or CC10 when play or stop is pressed.
Help! Can’t find that.
