I cannot open Cubase 13.0.51 on Windows 11 Home 24H2 x64.
It gets stuck at startup, I tried to open a project disabling all the plugins but nothing.

The fault is in wdmaud and could be a midi device not responding to a request for feedback at startup.
To confirm I would see if disconnecting all midi devices allows it to start.
If it does I have seen switching to WinRT midi as a possible fix for this…though that can introduce other problems that need another fix!!

It was exactly my Audio interface, to “unblock” the situation I had to switch it off and then on.
