I own a Cubase Studio 4 license and I’d like to know whether there is an upgrade program to v6 or not?

Cubase Artist and Elements 6 are smaller versions of Cubase then Cubase Studio 4. In your case you can only upgrade to Cubase 6. With the release of Cubase 6 we have changed the line-up of our products a bit.

You can order the upgrade ( €199,-) at our online shop, or at your local music shop.
