Hi everyone.
I remember last year I used to explore all the equalizer presets and use them for my projects.
I have stopped using them for a few months, and I’ve recently noticed that they’d gone !
Completely disappeared !
I’ve googled this issue and I’ve found a few topics but they were all about later versions of Cubase.
I’ve tried to do all that they suggested anyway but to no avail.
I’ve tried resetting the preferences on my laptop, reinstalling cubase, didn’t work.
I’ve found a file called VstEqPreset.pxml somewhere, and just copied it to about every possible locations, thinking that cubase would think to check at least one of them and scan it, but no, still no traces of my eq presets every time I relaunch cubase!
Can anyone who remembers Cubase Studio 5 help me out ?
I’m running Cubase Studio 5 version 5.5.3 on a MacBookPro on OS X 10.6.8
Yes, I know, it’s a prehistoric version of cubase, but this is the one I’ve been using for years, and hop to upgrade soon to 7, but in the meantime, I need to finish my projects, and they’re on Cubase Studio 5 so I would really appreciate any help.
