Thank you for the help.
I saw this page but i dont have any support im from israel thats the problem they send me to the distributer and he cant help me with software bugs

Sorry to hear that but forgive me if this is a silly question but have you created a post on this forum regarding your issues as there are many very knowledgeable people that may be able to help you?

You could also create a bug report on this forum and there are a few Cubase groups on Facebook to raise your issues too!
