Hi, thanks again for taking the time to reply. I’m pleased to say that the situation is now resolved. Unfortunately, it’s one of those cases where I don’t know what it was exactly that I did to fix it. However, I think the ASIO4ALL driver has played a large part in the fix. The input and outputs (Studio Setup) all now show the GO SOLO and I hear the input from my guitar as you would expect. If anyone arrives at this post with a similar problem, I would suggest a good start to be install the ASIO4ALL driver. Thanks again for your help
