Cubase update download fails over and over on Windows 11

Earlier today I downloaded the 14.0.2 update from my Mac without a problem. But on my PC, it failed earlier today, and it’s still failing:

Nope. Works fine here today when I downloaded. win11 pro 24H2.

Try this.
1.) Reboot your PC
2) Press Win+r to open the Run box.
3) enter the following line in the box and press enter.
%userprofile%\appdata\Local\Temp

4. Delete the contents of the folder, but not the Temp folder itself.
   Ignore any files that complain they can’t be deleted.

5. Reboot

6. Try the Cubase update again.
