hello Cubase users
I’m helping a friend to upgrade from Cubase 12 to 15, he,s not very computer literate and didn’t know about the soft license changes also had an up grade from windows 10 to 11, with all of this in place he has recently brought Cubase 15 and couldn’t up grade, and there are no records of his old license on his Account, and we have also put in the redeem code in the activation center and it still dont work.
