Cubase very slow at my new configuration

Hi There,

Before this I had an old iMac with cubase Elements and it worked always quick without any problems. Also with lots of free plug ins.

Recently I bought Cubase 12 and a new iMac with M1 chip. The computer is super fast. Although in Cubase I have often time problems by saving, editing, Melodyne etc.
It seems the computer seems very slow. Is there any change to change some settings to make it better?

No, sorry, this is something different. On M1 you can start the application in the Native or Rosetta mode.
