Cubase vs Task Manager CPU usage don't match

Does anybody know why my CPU usage is around 25% in Task Manager while in Cubase it is showing about 90% ?

my system : i2600 with 16GB ram / Lynx AES-16e / Aurora 16-VT

They’re not showing the same thing!
Search for CPU Usage in the forum e.g. Steinberg Forums

From what I’ve read in this forum the VST performance is for asio not your computer’s CPU.
2 different things.
