All GA (CLEAN, CRUNCH, DRIVE and LEAD) vst plugins started to cause problems. The entire cpr blocks when loading. I need to close Cubase via Task Manager. I made a new project and imported all the tracks, one by one and thus determined which vst works the problem. How to solve it.

It seems like license issue. Could you try to start eLCC application and trigger Maintenance, please?
Did you install any extra libraries?
