Cubase won't load,Aero error, HELP !!!!

Hello, today I activated my copy of Cubase 10, all good but I can’t make it work, no matter what I do I get this error :

Aero is enabled, so what is the problem ???

I already contacted support, but got no reply…

update -
I just opened a new User on the PC and I can just switch, and on the New User it works like a charm, it’s the best fix for this, for me anyways .
